Programmable temperature spray chamber. Providing the benefits of a temperature-controlled ICP sample introduction system in a compact, convenient package, the IsoMist programmable spray chamber is electronically controlled using a powerful inbuilt Peltier device. Any temperature between –10°C and +60°C can be selected in order to provide optimal analysis conditions. By introducing the sample at low temperatures, the instrument reduces oxides, resulting in fewer interferences and improved detection limits. The sensitivity of analyses is enhanced by running the spray chamber at an elevated temperature, a feature that is particularly important for samples with limited volume. A Twister cyclonic spray chamber is incorporated, combining excellent sensitivity and precision with exceptionally fast washout.
