The possibility of combining low and mid shear (powder) mixing in one machine creates flexibility for any food manufacturing process. The Hosokawa Vitomix can cope with adding large quantities of oils and liquid fats on powder (up to 30%), without the use of lump breakers and with a homogenous result. The device is ideal for dispersing scent, taste and colour additives on base material and/or making viscous pastes & emulsions.
