Thermal Modulator

Rated for C7+ volatile and semi-volatile compounds, the new ZX2 modulator eliminates the need for liquid nitrogen while delivering all the superior benefits of thermal modulation GCxGC. The modulator employs a closed cycle refrigerator/heat exchanger to produce a -90° cold jet. True “set it and forget it” operation for long periods of time is possible, making the modulator suitable for busy service analysis situations.
