Sensirion’s LG16 liquid flow sensors

Sensirion’s LG16 liquid flow sensors enable highly sensitive measurement of very low flow rates in the range of microlitres to millilitres per minute. At the same time an extremely short response time allows the monitoring of highly dynamic effects and bubble detection. Excellent chemical resistance and bio-compatibility are ensured by a flow channel consisting of a simple, straight glass capillary; the microsensor chip measures through the wall of this capillary. This integrated microsensor chip combines a thermal sensor element with signal processing circuitry on a single microchip. The LG16 Series is specifically designed for OEM applications in the life sciences area.
