Refinery gas analyser
Refinery gas analyser. Incorporating dedicated GASXLNC software to automate gas property calculations, the AC Hi-Speed Refinery Gas Analyser is a high-speed solution that determines and reports the composition of refinery gas streams in only five minutes. Meeting all industry requirements, the instrument characterises inert gases including nitrogen, hydrogen, helium, oxygen, carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide as well as aromatic hydrocarbons. Hydrogen sulphide can also be characterised with an additional analysis time of two minutes, as can benzene and toluene, using the RGA extended method and a total analysis time of eleven minutes. The gas analyser is exceptionally robust; all flows and pressures are electronically controlled and the use of inert material increases the resistance to corrosive materials. The software offers an extensive range of report options and allows multilevel calibration and accurate calculation of gas properties according to standard methods.
